Dried mushrooms

Sundried DIRFIS MUSHROOMS are a flavorful and unique collection of eight different products: Porcini, Black Trumpets, Chanterelles, Forest Mix, Farm's Mix, Oyster Mix and Shiitake, all hand-picked wild mushrooms from the Greek woodlands, combined with our cultivated grey and golden oyster, shiitake, and white button mushroom. Our wild mushrooms grow under fir, oak, or beech trees, where wet weather and sunshine create an ideal microclimate for firm and clean mushrooms. We select the highest quality mushrooms and sort, clean, and dry them immediately after harvesting, using the most environmentally friendly technology available: our sun! Our solar drying technology significantly improves the color, texture, and taste of dried mushrooms, increasing the intensity of flavors. The main advantage of solar drying is the natural enrichment of mushrooms with vitamin D, as ergosterol is converted to ergocalciferol under exposure to the natural UV light of the sun. Packed in high quality Pet jars 30g, Clear tin 25g or any other packaging according customers needs.
