Since 1996, we have been cultivating mushrooms with sustainable manner and great passion. As a vertically integrated mushroom farm, our products range from the substrate required to grow oyster mushrooms to the finished, packaged products you see on supermarket shelves. Our control over the entire process allows us to produce a wide range of packed products, including "souvlaki mushrooms," "baby oysters," and giant oysters (filet). We grow exotic mushrooms for both retail and food service customers.
