We cultivate mushrooms since 1996 with respect and passion.
As a vertically mushroom plant , our products range from the substrate needed to grow oyster mushrooms, to the final, packaged products that you see on the supermarket shelf. Having control over the whole process means that we can produce big variety of packed products like “souvlaki mushrooms” or “baby oysters” and giant oyster ( filet)
We grow exotic mushrooms for both retail and food service customers.
Ολόφρεσκα μανιτάρια πλευρώτους που έχουν συλλεχθεί 24 ώρες πριν τα παραλάβετε. Ο όρος «Φιλέτα» δόθηκε για πρώτη φορά από την εταιρεία ΔΙΡΦΥΣ το έτος 2007. Αφορά ποιοτικό προσδιορισμό μανιταριών, που είναι καθαρισμένα ένα – ένα, σε ευμεγέθη & καλά σχηματισμένα μανιτάρια.
